Position Summary



We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable

Accountant

to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accuracy of financial records, and support reporting and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts. Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries for management. Handle invoicing, vendor payments, and customer billing. Monitor expenses and support budget tracking. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies. Assist the finance team with audits, tax filings, and documentation. Support continuous improvement of accounting processes.

Qualifications & Requirements



Education:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:



1 years of accounting or finance experience (internships or entry-level roles acceptable depending on requirement).

Certifications (Preferred):



CPA, CMA, or ongoing professional certification is a plus.

Technical Skills



Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS). Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar). Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas). Ability to prepare reconciliations and financial statements.

Soft Skills



Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Clear communication and teamwork skills. Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.

Work Environment



Office-based role with occasional deadlines requiring extended hours. Collaborative and fast-paced environment.
