We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Accounts Assistant
to support our finance and administration team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with monthly reporting to ensure smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining accounting records and ledgers.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Maintain petty cash and reconcile daily/weekly cash flow.
Assist with bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
Prepare purchase orders, bills, and payment vouchers.
Maintain documentation and ensure proper filing of financial records.
Support the finance team in audits and compliance-related tasks.
Assist with payroll data preparation, staff expense claims, and reimbursements.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for financial clarity.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance (freshers with strong skills may apply).
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work with deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of inventory management or project accounting.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
