We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for managing our accounting operations, including invoicing, reconciliation, and financial record-keeping.
Responsibilities
Prepare and send invoices to customers
Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Perform other accounting duties as needed
Coordinating with sales and logistics team
Requirements
Graduate degree in Commerce or related field
1+ year of experience in accounting, preferably in invoicing and reconciliation
Tally qualification (ERP 9 or later versions)
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Residents of Aluva, Kerala
Experience working in a similar industry
