We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven
Accounts Assistant
to support the dealership's accounting and invoicing functions. The role involves handling customer billing, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and assisting in periodic financial reviews and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1?. Invoicing & Customer Billing
Complete vehicle, parts, and labour invoicing as per company SOPs
Handover bills to customers and explain charges, taxes, and deductions
Handle customer billing-related queries and objections professionally
2?. Accounting Operations
Maintain proper record keeping and documentation
Perform account reconciliation
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Prepare expense reports and assist in cost control initiatives
3?. Compliance & Reporting
Assist in GST preparation and filing support
Prepare Profit & Loss statements and periodic financial summaries
Support internal audits and ensure policy adherence
Present reports and updates to the Accounts Head
4?. Administrative Support
Perform routine errands such as bank deposits and related tasks
Assist in monthly and quarterly account reviews
Recruitment Profile - Qualifications
B.Com with Tally knowledge
Logical thinking ability and willingness to follow processes and norms
Basic understanding of how a sales/service workshop functions is preferred
Strong attention to detail
Good numerical and analytical skills
Objection handling and customer communication skills
Process adherence and result orientation
Ability to work with accounts software and reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹108,000.00 - ₹144,000.00 per year
