Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account and Billing Executive to manage our company's billing operations and account management functions.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in a billing, accounts receivable, or a similar financial role for atleast one year.

Core Skills

Accounting Software Proficiency:

Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime

Taxation & Compliance:

Basic GST knowledge (CGST, SGST, IGST concepts, return filing support), TDS regulations

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

Invoicing (generation and processing), bill tracking, payment processing

Coordination & Communication:

Vendor and inter-departmental coordination, communication with clients and suppliers to resolve discrepancies
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
