Job Title: Accounts & Operations Executive - Shubham Estates (Mohali)



Job Summary:


We are hiring a mature, responsible, and presentable

Accounts & Operations Executive

to manage accounts work, banking tasks, documentation, and property site visits in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:



Handle daily accounts entries, payments, receipts, and banking tasks. Maintain client files, booking forms, transfers, NOCs, and sale/purchase records. Visit developers/companies for documentation and property transfer work. Show properties to clients and attend site visits on behalf of the company. Assist in property registrations and maintain proper documentation. Communicate professionally with clients and represent the company well.

Minimum Qualification:



Graduate (B.Com preferred)

Basic accounting & banking knowledge Computer skills: MS Excel, PDF handling, WhatsApp, online forms

Experience Required:



1-3 years of experience

in: Accounts / Admin Banking-related work Documentation & field operations

Real estate experience is a bonus

, but not mandatory Must be comfortable with outdoor tasks + meeting clients

Other Requirements:



Good communication and presentable personality Must have own vehicle (fuel reimbursement provided) Ability to travel across Mohali/Chandigarh Honest, disciplined, and well-organized
