Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Handle petty cash transactions, maintain proper records, and ensure accountability for cash flow.
Visit franchise outlets to review financial documentation, verify expenses, and provide operational support.
Ensure timely collection and submission of bills, receipts, and financial documents from different outlets.
Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances in coordination with the accounts team.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate vendor and client payments.
Provide financial and operational updates to management and recommend improvements where required.
Coordinate with outlet managers for resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with company policies.
