Job Description

We are looking for a smart, motivated, and well-spoken individual to join our team as an Office Executive. The ideal candidate will have good English communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, familiarity with MS Office tools, and professional phone and email etiquette. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, handling communication with clients and vendors, and supporting basic financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:



Communicate effectively over phone calls and emails with clients, vendors, and team members. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.. Prepare and manage documents, reports, and spreadsheets using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ensure professional and courteous communication through all channels.

Key Requirements:



Good English verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of accounting Strong phone etiquette and professional email writing ability.

Pay: ?24,000.00 - ?34,000.00 per month
