Financial Guarantees:

Replacing traditional collateral and cash requirements, providing businesses security against payment risks and ensuring asset value at lease agreement ends.

Rental Guarantees:

Partnering with property management entities to offer rental guarantees, promoting zero-deposit rental solutions.

Leadership:

Led by CEO Vikash Khandelwal and COO Pankaj Bhansali, both bringing extensive experience in building and scaling businesses.

Financial Operations:

Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and petty cash. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Assist in financial audits and tax filings.

Operations Management:

Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations. Monitor inventory levels and procurement processes. Streamline operational procedures to maximize efficiency.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations and finances. Generate regular reports for management review. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Customer Relations:

Handle customer inquiries related to billing or operations. Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in accounting and operations management. Proficiency in zoho accounting software Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Pay: ?16,485.73 - ?60,559.04 per month
