Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and aggressive

Finance Manager

with a strong financial background and excellent numerical skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring timely follow-ups, and driving financial clarity through strategic thinking, detailed financial analysis, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally and other financial software. Take complete ownership of

accounts, reconciliations, payables, receivables, and cash flow management

. Conduct

accounts and financial analysis

to ensure data-driven decision-making. Drive

budget forecasting and financial data analysis

for effective planning and execution. Ensure aggressive follow-up with internal teams, vendors, and clients for timely collections and financial closures. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Collaborate with other departments for

budget planning, forecasting, and financial strategy

. Innovate and implement process improvements for better financial efficiency. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and audits. Act as a financial advisor to the management team, providing creative solutions for cost control and profitability.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in financial/accounting roles. Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel. Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Aggressive and proactive personality - not afraid to chase for closures. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Creative thinker with the ability to suggest smart financial strategies. Strong grasp of numbers, financial logic, and business acumen.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
