Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and statutory requirements.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory obligations.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Implement financial policies, internal controls, and process improvements.
Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounts team.
Provide management with insightful reports, variance analysis, and financial advice for strategic decision-making.
