We seek an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, optimize costs, and drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance (GST, TDS, income tax, audits).
2. Accounting & Internal Controls
- Maintain accurate ledgers, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to prevent fraud.
3. Taxation & Compliance
- Handle direct/indirect taxes, filing, and assessments.
- Ensure adherence to Companies Act, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
4. Cost Optimization
- Analyze costs, reduce inefficiencies, and manage working capital.
5. ERP Management
- Oversee Tally, Excel, or other accounting software.
Requirements- Qualification: B.com or MBA (Finance).
- Experience: 10-15 years in accounting, taxation, and financial management.
- Skills:
- Advanced Excel, ERP, and accounting software.
