Prepare and maintain full set of accounts, including balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, and reconciliations.
Payroll Management:
Process complete payroll cycle, including salary calculations, tax deductions, benefits, and compliance reporting.
GST & Compliance:
Manage GST filings, tax submissions, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Develop budgets, track variances, and provide management with financial insights.
Profit & Loss Oversight:
Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly/yearly P&L statements for management reporting.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Oversee vendor payments, invoicing, and collections.
Audit & Reporting:
Coordinate with auditors, prepare financial reports, and support internal/external audits.
Business Support:
Advise management on financial performance, cost control, and cash flow improvements.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST regulations, and tax compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Ability to manage payroll systems accurately and confidentially.
Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
