Position- Accounts & Finance Manager
Job Location- Northwest Delhi
Role Description
Oversee the entire account\'s payable function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
Managing all day-to-day accounting in SAP with the team

• Handling accounts payable activities and coordinating with the team on the timely posting and payment.

Manage the processing of vendor invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and payment requests.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Advance payment to the vendor, tracking vendor advances and subsequent settlement.
Reconciliation of vendors (group company, foreign vendor, and domestic vendor)
GST Computation, Online Payment, and Monthly GST Return Filing (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B)
TDS Computation, Payment, and Return Filing & TDS reconciliation with 26AS.
Responsible for month-end closing, provisioning, Profit & Loss.
Bank Reconciliation
Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis.
Reviewing monthly expense Schedule, Vendor & Employee Aging.
Monitoring overall expenses of the company for cost savings.
Creates accounts payable processes and procedures.
Handling Internal and External Audit with Audit Firms
Payroll Management
Preparing branch-wise Profit & Loss A/c and conducting monthly review meetings with Branch Heads, Zonal heads, and the Director of the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. MBA
Proven experience in accounts payable management, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, financial regulations, and internal controls.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
