Role Overview:

Responsible for managing complete accounts, finance, and compliance functions at the Khed plant. Oversee accounting, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, cost control, MIS, and team management to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily accounting, general ledger, AP/AR, and reconciliations. Finalize monthly/annual accounts and financial statements. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, ROC, and Income Tax. Liaise with auditors and file statutory returns. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost analyses; monitor cash flow. Generate MIS reports and performance insights. Lead and develop the accounts & finance team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

CA/CMA preferred; M.Com/MBA (Finance) accepted.

Experience:

7-12 yrs (3-5 yrs managerial) in manufacturing accounts.

Technical:

Tally ERP/SAP, GST, TDS, costing, Excel, MIS.

Soft Skills:

Analytical, leadership, communication, integrity.
