We are looking for a senior accounts and finance manager for a reputed firm located in Ghatlodiya.

The description of the job is as follows:-

DEPARTMENT : Finance

DESIGNATION : Finance Controller

ROLES & RESPONISBILITIES REPORTING TO :

A.Major Responsibilities .

1Responsible for Company P & L for Company operations and managing financial plans & Budgets

2Responsible for Formulating Annual Budget Planning with various business functions & ensure effective cost control with in the budgetted limits

3Setting -Vision & Implement Strategy for timely achieving receivables to meet up finanacial requirements for various business functions of the company .

4Defining Organisation structure for for finance at Field & Factory level and monitoring process flow as per approval heirarchy

5Lead & coloborate with factory & Field teams for effective & faster decision making process for critical issues & problem solutions

6Ensures all legal compliances & cerifications , as per busines requirements

7Derive process flow for effective bill preparations and submission to customers to ensure accounts receivables as per Targets

8Ensuring timely vendor billing and payment process for effective supply chain

9Supporting field/factory tems for customer & vendor accounts statement & billing requirements teams for

10Monitoring major customer accounts & provides timely feed back for recievables

11Ensuring timely legal comliances for- GST - TDS - IT - ESIC -PF

12Co-aordinating with banks for various financial aspects - FDR -BG -DD-OD - bank statements etc

13Ensures timely preparations of audit reports & balance sheets with assitance of Company CA

14Establishing Implementations of SOPs for finance functions

15Defining ,Approving and monitoring implimentations of company Policies for effective results & improved productivity

16Promoting Ethical & Discipliend behaviour with in the organisation

17Promoting Innovative cost effective ideas ,technological trends & Implementing Automations for ease of financial process flow

18Employee development & Engagement activities

19Leading & coloborating with cross functional teams for effective collections

20Guide management team for risk areas and the operational financial leakages

21Maintaining all customer ledger accounts and timly initiation of bills
