Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

2. Ensure timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

3. Lead the budgeting process, working closely with other departments to establish financial targets and forecasts.

4. Monitor budget variance and provide regular analysis on financial performance against targets.

5. Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the company's liquidity needs are met.

6. Implement cost control measures to enhance profitability, focusing on operational efficiencies and reduction of unnecessary expenses.

7. Conduct regular cost analysis related to fleet operations, maintenance, and overheads.

8. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards, as well as internal policies and procedures.

9. Conduct in-depth financial analyses and provide insights to support strategic decision-making by management.

10. Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

11. Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, ensuring effective performance management and professional development.

12. Assist in formulating long-term financial strategies that align with the organization's business goals.

13. Support investment decisions and assess profitability for new projects and business opportunities.

14. Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance at all levels of financial operations.

15. Ensure timely filing of all relevant tax returns, reports, and compliance with statutory obligations.
