Position Overview:

The Accounts and Dispatch Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and managing dispatch activities for the timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts:



Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or other accounting software.

Handle purchase, sales, journal, and expense entries.

Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

Assist in preparing GST data, invoices, and related documentation.

Support management with periodic financial summaries and reports.

Dispatch & Logistics:

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order processing and dispatch.

Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and transport documentation.

Track and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of consignments.

Maintain dispatch records and stock movement registers.

Communicate with customers and transporters for smooth delivery operations.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts and/or dispatch operations.

Age: Below 30 years.

Skills:

Working knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email correspondence).

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and logistics documentation preferred.

Spoken and written English, Kannada.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
