Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in
Tally
Prepare and manage
sales, purchase, and expense vouchers
Handle
GST entries, bank reconciliations, and petty cash
Assist in
billing, invoicing, and stock management
Coordinate
dispatches, transporter follow-ups, and order documentation
Manage
vendor and customer payment tracking
Support
commercial documentation
such as quotations, purchase orders, and delivery challans
Prepare
basic MIS and financial reports
for management review
Requirements:
? 1-2 years of experience in
Accounts / Commercial operations
? Proficiency in
Tally ERP
and basic Excel
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
? Should own a
two-wheeler
for coordination and local logistics work
? Must be based in
Pondicherry
or nearby areas
