As we continue to scale our operations, we are seeking a meticulous and reliable Accountant to support our financial management and ensure robust internal controls.
Job Summary:
The Accountant will manage the full spectrum of financial activities, including fixed and variable expenses, invoicing, bank deposits, reconciliations, tax-related work, and preparation of financial reports. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent organizational capabilities, and the ability to manage confidential financial information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Handle vendor and customer invoicing, credit notes, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Oversee bookkeeping activities and ensure compliance with internal accounting policies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory tax filings and ensure adherence to regulatory deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as required.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow to support management decision-making.
Maintain and update accounting systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Hands-on experience with
Zoho Books
and
Zoho Inventory
and Tally.
Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes within a corporate environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and financial management skills.
Capable of handling invoicing, reconciliations, statutory filings, and financial reporting independently.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and general accounting tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive financial data responsibly.

role at our Malad, Mumbai location.
