Job Description

Accounts & Finance:



Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Monitor cash flow and maintain proper fund management. Implement financial controls and cost-saving measures.

Administration:



Manage office operations, procurement, and vendor management. Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office functioning. Handle HR administration tasks such as attendance, leave records, and employee documentation. Oversee facility management, maintenance, and company assets. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards. Support management in policy implementation and process improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,341.60 - ₹35,261.51 per month
