Job Title: Accounts and Admin Assistant

Job Summary:
The Accounts and Admin Assistant will support the finance and administration departments by managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and handling general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain all financial transactions, including payments, receipts, invoices, and journal entries.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle petty cash and maintain related records.
- Support in preparing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow.
- Process vendor bills, staff reimbursements, and payment follow-ups.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary information during audits.
- Managing transportation calls
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and general office communication.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, )

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with GST/TDS filings and processing.
