Employee Site Expenses (Voucher Check, Payment)
Checking, Processing and Verifying Cash, Bank, Salary, TDS, GST, Purchase order, petty cash
Preparing & Maintaining updated records of invoices with PO & quotations.
Administering financial procedures including banking of cheques/cash, invoicing, payments and petty cash account.
Independent & drafting Email correspondence
Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
Handling commercial activities, Supply Chain Coordination
Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations.
General Ledger Account Scrutiny of Customers and Vendors as well as reconciliation.
