Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Accounts & Admin Executive

to support the financial operations and administrative functions of our IT company. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, handle office administration, and ensure smooth internal operations while complying with relevant financial and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Accounts:



Maintain accurate books of accounts using accounting Zoho Books Record and reconcile daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, payments, and receipts. Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow statements. Assist in GST filings, TDS, PF/ESI, and other statutory compliances with the CA. Coordinate with external auditors and CA consultants for compliance and filings.

Administration:



Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination. Support HR tasks such as employee attendance tracking, onboarding formalities, and maintaining personnel records. Submitting advertisements in Job Portals, taking first interview on Phone, arranging interviews of shortlisted candidates with management. HR related onboarding formalities for new employees. Handle company correspondence, document filing, and record-keeping. Coordinate with internal departments for procurement, logistics, and support services. Ensure adherence to company policies and office discipline.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and admin, preferably in the IT industry. Working knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), email communication, and accounting software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:



Experience with Zoho Book Basic understanding of payroll processing and HR functions. Familiarity with IT service industry billing models (e.g., Annual Subscription, AMC, etc.).

Salary:



As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
