Individual to support the organisation for day-to-day activities like asset management, worker coordination, basic accounting, freight, invoices, petty cash, etc. The candidate will have an understanding of the products, basic accounting rules, etc. It's essential that our executive shall be personable and professional.
Objectives of this Role
Support the team to meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the doing all admin related job and accounts.
Responsibilities
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment
Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for sales process.
Lead and manage company's marketing activities to build company's brand image, create awareness, generate leads and sales.
Support the company's sales team for invoicing, procurement and other team building activities.
Back-office support for the entire sales process including quotations, manage relationships with customers and vendors, ensure meeting project constraints (cost, time and quality), ensure prompt payment from customers and payment to vendors.
Ensure the entire business activities comply to ISO and other company's procedures and governance.
Manage other documents and requirements for the day-to-day operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
