We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented
Accounts and Admin Executive
to manage daily financial entries, internal payments, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of ensuring smooth internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/Excel/Zoho.
Process vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and internal expenses.
Manage petty cash and prepare daily/weekly cash reports.
File and organize bills, receipts, vouchers (physical & digital).
Generate basic expense reports and summaries as needed.
Track due payments and maintain up-to-date records.
Administration:
Handle office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
Maintain attendance and leave records of staff.
Support processes with basic documentation and setups.
Coordinate facility maintenance, housekeeping, and utility services.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
1-3 years of experience in accounting and admin functions.
Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of Tally or other accounting software.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and time management.
