Job Description

We are looking for a street-smart, dynamic, and well-spoken Accounts and Admin Executive based

in Goa. The role involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining stock records, supporting event

and sales coordination and assisting the team in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:



? Accounts & Records: Maintain and update records of stock in storage, collections, and

related documentation.

? Administration: Manage day-to-day office administration, Attendance register, vendor

coordination, and basic facility requirements.

? Sales Coordination: Support the sales team with data management, coordination, and

follow-ups.

? Event Coordination: Assist in event-related activities including production support, logistics,

and helping Sales team/ Radio Jockeys (RJs) during events.

? Communication: Liaise effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.

? Miscellaneous: Provide assistance in any other office/admin tasks as required including

statutory compliance.

Experience & Skills:

? Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field).

? 2-4 years of experience in accounts, admin, or coordination roles.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

? Street-smart, proactive, and capable of multitasking.

? Based in Goa and available for Work from Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
