Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, providing insights to management.
Coordination:
Work with internal and external parties, including suppliers, customers, and auditors, to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
Communication:
Handling correspondence, phone calls, and interactions with clients, vendors, and other departments.
Record Maintenance:
Creating and managing daily paperwork, meeting minutes, and filing systems.
General Administration:
Performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and support the finance team.
