compliance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling day-to-day accounts, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth financial processes while being open to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software.
Assist with the preparation of GST and TDS related data and filings.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and client accounts.
Support invoice processing and expense management.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for financial clarifications.
Prepare simple reports and summaries for management review.
Travel as required for audits, vendor visits, or financial documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
Basic knowledge of
GST
and
TDS
.
Strong understanding of
bookkeeping principles
.
Proficiency in MS Excel and a basic understanding of Zohobooks.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Willingness to travel when required.
