Hexagon Komputers is a dynamic and growing IT Solution Provider company committed to providing IT Solutions globaly. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts cum Office Administrator.
Responsibilities:
Enter purchase, sales, and expenses entries accurately into the accounting system.
Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment reminders as needed.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
Handle general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Maintain service call records and assist in scheduling service appointments.
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office suite.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in handling service call records and scheduling is a plus.
