Key Responsibilities:Accounts Duties:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records using [Accounting Software - e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Xero].
Process accounts payable and receivable, invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, VAT, etc.).
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
Maintain petty cash and expense tracking.
Payroll processing and related documentation.
Administrative Duties:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility upkeep.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
Handle correspondence, scheduling, and support to senior management.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Monitor and support office policies and procedures.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external parties.
Support HR-related functions such as onboarding, leave tracking, and attendance management.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
1-3years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
