Reporting To Management

Job Purpose

The Account Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with internal processes, and coordinating with clinics, vendors, and management for smooth financial functioning across Afecto Clinics.

7. System & Process Support

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally) Ability to coordinate with multiple clinics and departments. Good communication and follow-up skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and financial discipline.

Educational Qualification



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Relevant accounting or finance certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience



1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in healthcare, clinics, or multi-branch organizations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,558.85 per month
