About the Role:
SK Sales is seeking an Accounts & Office Coordinator who can manage daily accounting tasks while maintaining organized office documentation and support functions.
Key Responsibilities - Accounting:
Daily data entry of all transactions, vouchers, and invoices in Tally ERP
Maintaining individual books of accounts
Maintain client/vendor ledgers and payment records
Perform bank reconciliation and handle petty cash
Working in tandem with senior Accountant (already appointed)
Track outstanding receivables and payables
Handle TDS calculations and deductions
Maintain systematic digital & physical accounting files
Key Responsibilities - Office Coordination:
Maintain structured folders for POs, invoices, dispatch proofs, and vendor documents
Coordinate with vendors for document collection and clarifications
Track courier receipts, collect bills, and file them accurately
Maintain basic office supplies and ensure administrative readiness
Assist in documentation required for audits & periodic summaries
Required Skills:
B.Com / M.Com / CA Intern / Equivalent
1-3 years of accounting experience (Tally mandatory)
Strong proficiency in Tally ERP & Excel
Good organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently
Ability to maintain systematic documentation and structure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
