Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts receivable and payable.
Ensure timely collection of
new member fees
and
membership renewals
across all chapters.
Oversee
GST filings
and maintain compliance with all applicable financial and tax regulations.
Handle
bank and cash reconciliations
monthly.
Maintain and manage
Expo/event-related accounts
, budgets, and vendor payments.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams to support financial audits and reviews.
Prepare financial reports, MIS, and summaries for management as needed.
Implement efficient accounting systems and internal controls.
Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts/finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST compliance, TDS, and statutory accounting practices.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience handling multi-entity accounts or event-related accounting is a plus.
