Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Process invoices, receipts, and payments; manage supplier/vendor accounts and chase client payments.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate financial records, updating accounting databases and spreadsheets.

Reconciliation:

Reconcile financial statements and bank accounts.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit tax forms, financial reports, and cash flow data.

Data Entry:

Perform accurate data entry and identify numerical errors.

Support:

Assist accountants, coordinate with other departments, and liaise with auditors/tax agents.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role. Strong bookkeeping knowledge and data entry skills. Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Understanding of financial regulations and debt collection.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
