Prepare, organize, and maintain bank-related paperwork's
Support the finance team with invoices, vouchers, receipts, and expense reports.
Ensure proper filing and adherence to UAE banking and financial regulations.
Maintain accurate logs of financial and banking documents.
Liaise with banks, auditors, and internal departments for smooth workflow.
Assist in preparing summaries and reports for management review.
Handle filing, correspondence, scheduling, and office supplies related to finance operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
1-3 years in accounts/admin support, preferably with exposure to banking documentation in UAE.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
Familiarity with UAE VAT, WPS payroll system, and local banking procedures.
Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills.
English required; Hindi is an advantage
