We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Accounts/Administrative Assistant

to join our team. This dual-role position is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of both our administrative and financial processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and a meticulous approach to work.

Salary: Rs. 10,000 to 15,000/- per month + commission from bring new clients

Note: The salary is subject to hike very soon as we are on the phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Support:

Assist the accounting department with basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate financial records. Process and track accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and petty cash reconciliations. Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation as needed.
Administrative Support:

Manage general office administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining filing systems (physical and electronic), and handling incoming/outgoing mail. Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, clients, and internal staff, directing inquiries appropriately. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Provide comprehensive support to the management team and various departments as required.
