Job Overview:
The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for performing a range of accounting and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department. This position will assist with accounts payable and receivable activities, maintain accurate financial records, and provide administrative support to the accounting team. The Accounts Administrator will also communicate with vendors, customers, and other departments to resolve issues and ensure timely payment and collection of invoices.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including verifying and coding invoices and preparing payments
Reconcile accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including entering data into accounting software
Prepare and distribute financial reports and statements with e-invoice.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve issues and ensure timely payment and collection of invoices
Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including filing and organizing documents, scheduling appointments, and answering phones
Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting standards and regulations
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Pay: ₹10,596.96 - ₹22,000.00 per month
