Position Summary



We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Account & Administrative Executive

to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, office administration, and coordination support. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth financial operations and efficient administrative workflows across departments. We are looking for a professional

who can handle both Accounts and Office Administration profile



Key Responsibilities



Accounting



Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking Reconcile bank statements and financial records Support monthly and yearly closing processes Assist in preparing reports for GST, TDS, and other statutory filings Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable

Administration



Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination Maintain company documentation and digital filing systems Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and appointments Support in onboarding, payroll assistance, and attendance tracking Liaise within organization and external partners as needed Ensure compliance with internal processes and administrative policies

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field 2-4 years of experience in accounts and administrative roles Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.) Knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and statutory compliance Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred



Familiarity with

GST, Tally, CRM or ERP systems is essential
