Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
Maintain
purchase and sales entries
in Tally.
Prepare and update
invoices, ledgers, and financial records
.
Assist in reconciliations and ensure timely entries.
Office Administration
Handle
emails, documentation, and office correspondence
.
Manage office operations, coordinate with staff, and supervise office boys.
Ensure smooth day-to-day administration and office upkeep.
Assist management with reporting and follow-ups.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce/Accounting or related field (preferred).
Proficiency in
Tally, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Prior experience in
accounts + office administration
will be an advantage.
