Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing, and
expense tracking
Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and bank reconciliations
Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely follow-ups
Assist with monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities
Work with external auditors and CA firms as required
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
Administration:
Oversee general office administration and facility management
Maintain records of office supplies and coordinate procurement
Handle vendor management and negotiation
Coordinate with internal teams for admin-related support
Assist in HR and payroll coordination when needed
Maintain proper documentation and filing of company records
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
1-4 years of relevant experience in accounts and office administration
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Preferred Skills:
Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace
Experience in handling admin duties in a corporate setup
Familiarity with payroll processing and vendor coordination
