The role involves managing day-to-day administrative functions while maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with budgeting, invoicing, and other financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable and Manage petty cash
Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring timely billing and payment collection.
Track and report on expenses and budget compliance.
Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
Answer phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, and direct queries
Maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
Coordinate office events, team-building activities, and other company-wide initiatives.
