Key Responsibilities



Administrative Support



Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and maintain schedules for senior management. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses. Maintain and update client records and databases accurately. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks as required.?

Telecalling & Lead Conversion



Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote chit fund products and services. Follow up on leads and inquiries, providing detailed information and addressing queries. Achieve daily and monthly lead conversion targets through effective communication and persuasion. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless new client acquisition lead handover and follow-up processes.?

Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Minimum 2 years experience in administrative roles; experience in telecalling or customer service is advantageous. Fluency in Tamil and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.?

Preferred Skills



Experience in the financial services or chit fund industry will be an added advantage. Familiarity with lead management and conversion techniques. Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively. Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.?
