Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Manage and supervise the administrative team to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure all necessary resources are available.
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as necessary.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and office regulations.
Assist in budgeting and managing office expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Organize and manage office events, meetings, and conferences.
Handle travel arrangements, meetings, and logistics for senior management and staff.
Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, service providers, and other external partners.
Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Provide administrative support to senior management as required.
Implement and maintain a document management system for office files and records.
Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Admin Manager or in a similar leadership role in administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
Knowledge of office management procedures and HR practices.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong time-management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in office administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
+ Vendor Bills management ( Checking, approvals etc. )
+ Outstanding management, follow-up with client for outstanding etc. ( open to learn our IT system for outstanding )
