to join our fertility centre in Angamaly. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling both accounting and administrative responsibilities with excellent computer skills. She must be well-versed in
Tally, GST, TDS, and salary processing
.
Key Responsibilities:Accounts:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally.
Handle GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
Maintain and reconcile financial records and ledgers.
Process payroll and salary-related documentation.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in audits.
Administration:
Oversee front-desk operations with a professional and welcoming attitude.
Maintain and organize office files and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Support HR-related functions like attendance, leave tracking, and documentation.
Handle phone calls, emails, and client interactions efficiently.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a combined
Accounts and Admin
role.
Strong knowledge of
Tally, GST, TDS, and payroll processing
is mandatory.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet usage).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage work independently.
Candidates from
Angamaly
or nearby areas preferred.
Immediate joining
