Job Role : Accounts / Admin Experience : (Exp. 1 to 3 Years) Qualification : Any Relevent Graduate, PG, UG, Diploma Responsibilities :
+ Manage co-ordinations with customers, suppliers, newspaper agencies and third-party vendors

+ Process bank deposits

+ Reconcile financial statements

+ Prepare, send and store invoices and quotations

+ Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments

+ Manage documentation of Assets (Insurance, renewals of licenses etc)

+ Identify and address discrepancies

+ Renewal of bank guarantees

+ Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable

+ Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets on a daily/weekly basis

+ Manage employee payroll and time-keeping
