We're looking for a detail-oriented Admin Executive to assist with office tasks, accounts outstanding follow-up, social media marketing, and support the Admin Manager.
Responsibilities:
Admin & Office Task:
- Assist Admin Manager with daily tasks
- Manage office supplies, files, and documentation
- Handle correspondence and data entry
Accounts:
- Follow up on outstanding payments and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses
- Assist with account reconciliations
Social Media:
- Create and schedule posts
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments
- Assist with content creation and analytics
Other Tasks:
- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Maintain office records and databases
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
Graduate degree in Commerce.
1-2 years of experience in admin/accounts
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Tally
Basic knowledge of social media platforms
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
Experience with accounting software (Tally)
Social media marketing skills
