Rittz Accessories is looking for a dedicated

Accounts & Admin Executive

to manage day-to-day accounting activities and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, office administration, and coordination with internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, and bookkeeping records Handle GST billing, invoicing, and basic tax-related documentation Manage accounts payable & receivable Prepare monthly reports, expense statements, and MIS reports Handle payroll coordination and attendance records Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and purchases Maintain files, documents, and compliance records Support management with administrative and financial tasks

Requirements:



1 to 6 years of experience in Accounts & Administration Knowledge of Tally, GST, MS Excel, and basic compliance Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks independently Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,528.37 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
