We are hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, and reporting using Zoho Books. The role also includes client coordination for billing clarifications, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation -- ideal for someone who enjoys both accounting precision and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries in Zoho Books.
Handle GST filings, TDS, and bank reconciliation activities.
Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and cash flow summaries.
Handle petty cash management, expense tracking and reimbursement settlements.
Maintain vendor and client ledgers with accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with clients for billing queries, settlements, and follow-ups. Support monthly closing, audit documentation, and statutory compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams for expense tracking and billing support.
Ensure all accounting data is up-to-date and compliant with standards
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems. Ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
Good communication and coordination skills for client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
B. Com or equivalent.
Experience:
2-3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
Zoho Books (preferred) | MS Excel | Knowledge of: GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
