Record daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses) in ERP system
Maintain petty cash records and assist with monthly reconciliation
Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, and direct vendors for invoice tracking and payment follow-ups at Head Office
Support TDS, GST, and other statutory documentation under supervision
Administrative Support:
Maintain employee attendance database using biometric system and update leave records on a daily basis
Assist in preparing reports for HR and operations teams
Manage filing, documentation, and office supply inventory
Coordinate with external vendors (transport, courier, etc.)
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Liaise with Accounts, HR, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow
Support internal audits and compliance activities
Assist with onboarding documentation for new employees
Requirements
Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in MS Excel
Familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software (preferred)
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
Minimum qualification: B.Com or any degree with exposure to accounts/admin tasks
Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics environment preferred

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
